BUBBLE GUM! Bubble gum was invented by Walter Diemer in 1928. His gum was pink because it was the only color available to him. The amount of gum sold in one year in the US would make a stick 3.5 million miles, enough reach the moon and back 7 times. Chewing gum is thought to originate from people chewing tree bark some 9,000 years ago! Sadly Bazooka Bubble Gum stopped publishing comics with their bubble gum in 2012.
